Road to Stress Release Tip #13: Don’t Mind the Nay-sayers

You need not worry what other people say about your work or whatever you do. If you have applied yourself to your best ability and you put in all the hard work, then you can ignore any unnecessary comments. Remember that when you perform as well as you reasonably can, good people are likely to respond well. But in case people are not fair to you, then understand that this is out of your control. Never get stressed because of unfair comments. If you pay attention to them, you will magnify your stress level unnecessarily. If you feel that the comments are really of worth, use them to make correction in your task and never consider those personally. Taking such unfair comments personally can increase your stress.
